& Pineapple Punch

have always been amazed at the attraction that cognac, orange and
pineapple have for one another&ldots;an unlikely ménage a
trois for sure! |
Ingredients:

VS Cognac Brandy |

20ml |
Orange Curacao |
|
dash |
Angostura Bitters |
|
1 |
Lemon wedge |
|
3 x 1 inch squares |
fresh pineapple |

50ml |
Perrier water |
Preparation:
Muddle pieces
of fruit and curacao in a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients
except the Perrier and shake well with ice. Strain into a double old
fashioned or mai tai style glass filled with ice. Garnish with
pineapple wedge and dust with fresh ground nutmeg. Serve with straws.
