Brandy & Pineapple Punch

I have always been amazed at the attraction that cognac, orange and pineapple have for one another&ldots;an unlikely ménage a trois for sure!

Ingredients:

50ml

VS Cognac Brandy

20ml

Orange Curacao

dash

Angostura Bitters

1

Lemon wedge

3 x 1 inch squares

fresh pineapple

50ml

Perrier water

Preparation:

Muddle pieces of fruit and curacao in a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients except the Perrier and shake well with ice. Strain into a double old fashioned or mai tai style glass filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and dust with fresh ground nutmeg. Serve with straws.
