Orange
Because
the drink is not served over ice the key to the Electric Orange is
to top with icy cold Perrier. |
Ingredients:

Stolichnaya
Ohranj or another orange vodka |

15ml |
fresh lime juice |

2 dashes |
Angostura Bitters |
|
15ml |
Velvet Falernum |
|
10ml |
simple syrup |
|
30ml |
fresh
orange juice |
|
50ml |
chilled
Perrier water |
Preparation:
Prepare an
oversized martini glass by frosting the rim with cinnamon and sugar.
Shake all the ingredients except the Perrier well with ice and stain
into the prepared martini glass. Tope with the chilled Perrier and
stir gently. Flame an orange peel over the top of the drink and drop
it in.
