Japanese Highball

The refreshing bitter sweet character of this drink makes it a good companion to appetizers especially pacific rim foods.

Ingredients:

50ml

Sake

15ml

Velvet Falernum

10ml

Campari

60ml

Fresh Orange juice

2

lime quarters

60ml

Perrier water

Preparation:

Place lime quarters in mixing glass with velvet Falernum and muddle. Add remaining ingredients except Perrier and shake well with ice. Strain into iced highball glass and top with Perrier and stir. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of cilantro.
