is a refreshing long drink in which the tang of the fruit and the
spice of the Angostura Bitters perfectly complement each other,
bringing out the flavours of the V.S.O.P. Served directly from the
Rémy Martin Soda Syphon the drink comes alive in the glass |
Ingredients:

Rémy
Martin VSOP |

8cl |
Dry Ginger Ale |
|
A few drops
of Angostura Bitters |
|
Orange zest, |
|
fresh
ginger for
garnish |
Preparation:
1. Fill a long
drink glass with ice cubes,
2. Pour the
ginger ale & V.S.O.P. into the Rémy Martin Soda Syphon.
3. Spray the
cocktail into the glass, add the orange zest and Angostura Bitters.
4. Stir,
garnish with a piece of fresh ginger and serve.
