Aglio e Olio

Garlic & Olive Oil

Serves: 4

Cooking: 2-3 minutes

Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

120ml/8 tbsp

extra-vrgin olive oil

6 cloves

garlic, peeled and finely chopped

15ml/ 1 tbsp

fresh parsley, finely chopped

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method:
Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based pan and saute the garlic until it begins to change colour.

Add the parsley and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Whe pasta is cooked, return the sauce pan to a low heat, drain pasta well and toss it in the oil and garlic until well coated.

Check for seasoning and serve immediately.
