120ml/8 tbsp |
extra-vrgin
olive oil |

6 cloves |
garlic,
peeled and finely chopped |

15ml/ 1 tbsp |
fresh
parsley, finely chopped |

freshly
ground black pepper, to taste |
Method:
Heat the oil
in a large, heavy-based pan and saute the garlic until it begins to
change colour.
Add the
parsley and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Whe pasta is
cooked, return the sauce pan to a low heat, drain pasta well and toss
it in the oil and garlic until well coated.
Check for
seasoning and serve immediately.
