Method:
Pre-heat oven
to gas mark 4/180°C/350°F.
Brush the
bread rounds generously with the olive oil.
combine the
garlic and tomatoes in a small bowl and spread over the bread.
Place on a
pre-heated baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve
sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley
