Roasted Vegetable Penne

Ingredients:

1kg (2lb 4oz)

penne pasta

2kg (4lb 8oz)

Maggi Mediterranean Sauces Italian Style

To serve:

toasted pine nuts

basil leaves

 

warm rosemary focaccia

Method:

Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water according to the pack instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the Maggi sauce through.

Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Pour over the sauce and toss together. Pile onto warmed plates and scatter over the toasted pine nuts and basil leaves. Serve with warmed focaccia bread.
