Ingredients:

A whole chicken |

4 tbsp |
powdered
red pepper - gochu-karoo |
|
4 tbsp |
starch
syrup (glucose) |

1 |
onion |
|
2 tbsp |
crushed garlic |
|
5 tbsp |
soy sauce |
|
1 tbsp |
sesame seed oil |
|
a dash of pepper |
Method:
1. Mix
ingredients in a bowl with the exception of the chicken and onion.
2. Chop
chicken in 5cm thick pieces
3. Rinse
chicken in clean water and dry with a cotton cloth.
4. Grind up
onion and mix into the dressing.
5. Add
dressing to the chopped chicken.
6. Knead
chicken and dressing.
7. Leave it
for half an hour.
8. Cook to
taste on a grill or heated pan.
