Method:
Pre-heat oven
to Gas
Mark 3/170°C/325°F.
In a pan, heat
the oil and fry the steaks briefly on both sides. Lay the steaks in
and ovenproof dish large enough to place them side by side.
Mix the
remaining ingredients together and pour over the beef.
Cover and cook
in the oven for 1½
hours.
Serving
suggestion: Serve with brown rice and a winter salad.
