Mustard
Glazed Lamb

Ingredients:

4 |
British
lamb steaks or chops |
|
corn or
sunflower oil for brushing |
|
20ml/4 tsp |
prepared
wholegrain mustard |
|
10ml/2 tsp |
soft brown sugar |
Method:
Brush the lamb
lightly with oil and cook on one side undera pre-heated grill for
around 7 minutes, depending on thickness.
Turn the
steaks/chops over and cook on the second side for 3 minutes.
Mix the
mustard and sugar together and spread on the lamb.
Cook for a
further 4-5 minutes until cooked to desired degree.
Serve immediately. |
