Slices with Barbecue Sauce

British pork belly slices |

peeled and chopped |

Method:
Cook
the belly slices under a pre-heated grill for about 7 minutes each
side, dependong on thickness.
Meanwhile,
sautée the onion in the oil until softened.
Stir
in the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serving
suggestion: Serve with boiled brown rice. |
