Icing sugar |
Method:
1) Mix
together mascarpone, strawberries and orange zest.
2) Sandwich
the tortillas together with the filling and coat well on both sides
with icing sugar.
3) Heat a
frying pan until very hot. Cook the tortillas for just a few seconds
on each side until the icing sugar is browned and slightly
caramelised.
4) Cut into
wedges and serve immediately.
