Prawn
shallot and lemon bites
150g cooked
peeled prawns
150g TOTAL 0%
Greek Yoghurt
25g finely
diced shallot
Squeeze of
lemon juice
¼ bunch of
chopped chives
Mix all
ingredients together and serve in a ready made canapé cup or
blini, makes enough for 12 canapés.
Masala
Lamb Skewer
200g of lean
diced lamb
100g TOTAL 2%
Greek Yoghurt
1 teaspoon of
Masala paste
¼ teaspoon
cumin powder
Salt and pepper
Mix all
ingredients together and marinate for 2 hours. Then skewer the meat
onto cocktail sticks and bake in oven until golden brown.

Tips
Soak cocktail
sticks in hot water for 20 minutes before use; this stops them from
burning in the oven.
