Ingredients:

jar Uncle Ben's® Thai Green Curry Culinary Sauce

tiger prawns, raw and shelled
500g
spring onions, trimmed & shredded
45ml
(3 tbsp) fresh coriander, chopped
110ml
vegetable oil
to
taste seasoning

Heat oil and fry prawns until pink.

Drain off cooking liquor and add Uncle Ben's® Thai Green
Culinary Sauce and heat through.

Serve garnished with spring onions and coriander. Serve with Uncle
Ben's® Spiced Lemon Rice.
