A new
stylish Pan-Asian restaurant has opened at 85 London Wall EC2 on the
site that was previously Sri Siam City. Rufus Hall, Chief Executive
Officer for Orchid Group which owns the new restaurant said this is
the first of five refurbishments to release potential.
The menu draws
on the cuisines of Thailand, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong and
Singapore, introducing the palate to intense and dynamic flavours.
Dishes include Three Way Scallops prepared with ginger, soy, sea
spices, garlic and glass noodles, Stir fried Lobster, Char Barbecue
Sea Bass or Hokkien seafood platter (£50 for two people).
The wine list
offers several choices by the glass and an enviable selection from
the best European and New World vineyards. The restaurant seats 130
people plus a bar for up to 40 and can be hired for groups of up to
200 people. Average cost of a three course meal with wine is £35
