Zeev Godik
founder of the hugely successful Gaucho group of restaurants is
delighted to announce that Gaucho will be opening (arguably their
most exciting venture to date) at the 02 Arena.
Opening in
early 2008, Gaucho 02 Arena aims to channel and translate the energy
of the O2 Arena and Indigo concert venues into a vibrant multifaceted
space perfect for both premium corporate entertainment and exclusive
personal destination experiences alike.
Gaucho have
continued to evolve their offering and this site has been chosen to
allow them the opportunity to inspire through genuine hospitality
experiences, based around their Wine Tasting Cellar, 18 Cover Private
Dining Room, 24 Cover VIP suite inside the main arena and 2nd Floor
'Flexible entertainment space' which will offer exclusive boutique
packages for parties of 12 to 200.
The 15,000
square foot site also features a 120 Cover sunken bar and 150 Cover
Restaurant which will boast the signature Gaucho interiors of
cowhide, leather and crystal. In parallel with the evolution of the
exclusive dining experiences that Gaucho will offer, the venue
promises to be their most decadent, sophisticated and sensual to
date. All the interiors have been designed by Conceptualise Design
who have combined earthly ranch elements with the sophisticated
glamour of Buenos Aires nightlife.
Whilst the
ground floor bar will offer a more relaxed 'grazing style' food
offering, the 1st floor Restaurant and Private Dining Room will
deliver the Award winning Nuevo Latino Ceviches and Argentine Steaks
for which they have become renowned. Making the most of their equally
impressive 160 bin exclusively Argentine wine list, the restaurant
will offer food - wine matching experiences and a resident sommelier
to advise.
Within the
bustle of the highly charged environment of the O2, Gaucho aim to
provide a sanctuary of exclusivity, which will allow guests to
experience all the excitement of the 02 events in a haven of pleasure
and luxury
As Godik says:
" I am delighted to announce the opening of Gaucho in the 02
Dome. This marks an exciting new phase for the development of the
Gaucho Restaurant collection"
