At The Restaurant Show

 

 


 

Crowds descended on Earls Court 2 to see Michelin-Starred Chefs Michael Caines, Atul Kochhar and Chris Galvin open the show.

- Michelin-Starred Chef Tom Kerridge showed how to take traditional pub food to another level.

- Sommelier of the Year, Gearoid Devaney impressed the packed audience within the Food and Drink Match.

- 6 young chocolate talents presented chocolate masterpieces each judged by top level craftsmen.

- Top coffee tips, opportunities through Whisky and a fun tasting of 6 sherries with dishes to match were just a few topics covered in the Icon Bar.

- Visitors found and sampled mouthwatering products from all over the world in the largest Food and Drink market ever seen at The Restaurant Show.

The Show is a 'must visit' for people in the industry each year and this year was no exception, especially with the opportunity to eat at Cyrus Todiwalla's in show restaurant.

There was plenty to do and see for everyone apart from a few detractors and the seminars and group discussions were particularly popular.
