Lydia Rusling from Tastes of Lincolnshire said: "For one day only the grounds around Lincoln Castle will be transformed into a potato and sausage extravaganza. It's a feast for visitors who are proud of British produce. The air will be filled with mouth watering flavours as live cookery demonstrations take place and stalls offer edible treats."

More entertainment will come from local food champion and TV chef Rachel Green. She is passionate about quality food and will lead Lincolnshire's annual sausage celebrations within Castle Hill.
