New Liqueurs Range Adds Value To Signature Dishes

Gourmet Classic has enhanced its range of alcoholic cooking ingredients with the launch of a new selection of liqueurs.

Featuring the most popular and versatile flavours to add value to a range of savoury and dessert recipes, the new line of cooking liqueurs is ideal for accentuating the natural flavours of fruit-based signature dishes and savoury sauces. Each 350ml bottle of Gourmet Classic Cooking Liqueur is distinctively sweet and prepared by infusing the natural extracts in alcohol.

The cooking liqueurs have been matured to allow the flavours to develop and the rich colour of each liqueur is derived from its flavouring fruit, herb or flower. The range comprises -

Gourmet Classic Creme de Cassis - Thick and syrupy with deep aromas of crushed blackcurrants, this is a flavour well suited to intensify a variety of robust meat dishes such as venison and pheasant.

Gourmet Classic Orange Liqueur - A blend of true cognacs and distilled essence of bitter orange makes this liqueur a perfect partner for rich chocolate desserts or to enhance the flavour of a savoury fruit sauce for duck
