Uropa Launches 36-Portion Rice Cooker

The simplest and most reliable way to cook up rice in large quantities is to use a rice cooker. Uropa, a distributor for some of the biggest brands in the UK hospitality market, has launched the new Apollo rice cooker (ARC).

The ARC has a capacity of six litres and is capable of producing 36 portions of cooked rice at a time. It is extremely simple to operate, giving perfect results at the flick of a switch - just measure the rice and add water, turn it on and leave it to cook. There's no need to stir or to strain: the ARC takes only 12 minutes and automatically switches to warming once the rice is cooked.

The ARC uses a standard 13-amp supply and it's attractive stainless steel body looks good in the kitchen or front of house. Uropa Distribution supplies the rice cooker with a full 12 months parts and labour warranty.

For more information on the Uropa Distribution range contact the company on 0845 1556461 or visit www.uropa-distribution.co.uk
