Local
businessman Simon Dunn has just opened his second Yo Yo Restaurant in
Shipley, West Yorkshire in Rosse Street. The Yo Yo concept consists
of a daytime café bar serving a mixture of European and fusion
food as well as combo meals. The restaurant serves Japanese, Thai and
Chinese food and has a capacity of 200 covers.
Simon Dunn has
recruited Redenthor Godfrey from Chino Latino in Leeds as Executive
Head Chef with Jeffrey Fernandez from Wasabi Teppanyaki in Leeds as
Sous Chef.. Thai Chef is Cristy Buntham of Sala Thai, also in Leeds.
Simon has been in the industry 29 years and the first Yo Yo opened in
Little Germany, Bradford four years ago.
