World Kitchen Live Back By Popular Demand

Having proved a huge success when it debuted at World Food Market in 2006, the World Kitchen Live will be back this year when the show opens at London ExCeL on November 21st and 22nd 2007.

Organised and run by the UK's leading chef association, The Craft Guild of Chefs, the live theatre kitchen is set to be the focal point of this year's World Food Market as chefs from all ethnic backgrounds showcase their national cuisine. Equip Line, exhibitor at the show, will be supplying and installing the kitchen.

From contemporary Caribbean to East African with a twist, through to the unique flavours of Polish cooking, plus Indian, Afro Caribbean, Eastern European, Lebanese and Chinese. Visitors at this years World Food Market will be provided with an array of top tips and creative ideas to take away with them.

Jon Irwin, show director comments: "It's great to have the Craft Guild of Chefs on board with us for the second year running. The World Kitchen played an enormous part in the success of last year's show, really bringing ethnic food to life. This year it's promising to be even bigger and better."

Jon continues, "As a nation, we're becoming more adventurous with tastes. The knowledge that visitors will gain from the show, in particular from World Kitchen live, will inspire creativity to work with the authentic produce that can be seen at the World Food Market."

Featuring over 250 exhibitors from more than 20 different countries - a substantial increase on last year - World Food Market covers the entire scope of ethnic and world speciality foods from Oriental, Eastern European and Afro-Caribbean to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. In addition, it remains the only trade fair to have a dedicated focus on community foods, most notably Halal and Kosher varieties.

World Food Market remains the only show where chefs can truly experience world cuisines and source authentic ingredients from across the globe.
