Aqua Restaurant Group
To Bring New Life To
London's Dining Scene

Opening this autumn atop one of London's most iconic buildings, the former Dickens & Jones department store on Argyll Street, aqua london will revitalise dining in the capital with its blend of cutting edge cuisines and über-chic interiors.

aqua will consist of two amazing and distinct dining spaces, aqua nueva and aqua kyoto, together with a pre- and post-dining bar, aqua spirit.

This dynamic development represents the first project outside China for Hong Kong-based aqua restaurant group. The company owns 10 high-end restaurants in the territory, the Michelin-starred Hutong among them. With the recent opening of the awe-inspiring aqua Beijing, these sites have redefined dining with their sleek avant-garde designs and innovative menus.

Destined to be equally groundbreaking in its ultra-stylish design and culinary offerings, aqua london is inspired and designed by a true visionary, the Group's owner and Managing Director, David Yeo.

aqua nueva will offer contemporary and authentic northern Spanish dishes inspired by dishes from the San Sebastian area of Spain. aqua kyoto meanwhile, promises to be the epitome of Japanese cool transported out of the district of Ginza, with a fabulous sushi bar and spectacular sumibiyaki charcoal grill.

At the heart of this extraordinary venture is aqua spirit. Destined to be a hip addition to London's dining scene, it will be the ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks and nightcaps accompanied by the Group's eponymous bar snacks.

Says David Yeo: "Our team is very excited about opening its first restaurant in London. Like our venues in Hong Kong and Beijing, we hope that aqua london will prove a hit with locals and visitors alike. It will combine great food that lets the flavours and freshness of the produce speak for themselves - with approachable service and an exquisite ambience - qualities that have always been at the fore of all our restaurants."

Further enhanced by extraordinary views across the capital, from the West End to the London Eye and beyond, aqua london is, not surprisingly, one of the most exciting and eagerly anticipated new openings in years.
